The temperature is factory set. If wishing to change this setting, go through the following procedure.

Press the button (1) until the display is flashing the current set point value.

Press the button (2) to increase the value or press the button (3) to decrease it.

Note We recommend to set the value to 3°C maximum. If making cold milk foam the recommended temperature is 0.5 - 3°C. Always fill the milk tank with pre-cooled milk.
