Bean hopper left missing.

This error is set if the bean hopper left is removed during a running process.

→ Check if the bean hopper left is inserted correctly.

Bean hopper right missing.

This error is set if the bean hopper right is removed during a running process.

→ Check if the bean hopper right is inserted correctly.

E-002

Grounds drawer missing

This error occurs when the grounds drawer is drawn out during a coffee process.

E-003

Motor timeout

The motor sensors cannot detect movements anymore.

Motor error

Severe motor error occurred.

E-005

Motor init error

If the initialization of the brew group fails three times consecutively this error is set.

E-010

The current software doesn't support the version of this CPU.

→ Update to the latest software.

If the error still doesn't disappear.

→ Change the CPU.

Hydraulic unit not connected.

Water pump has been switched off.

The machine detected that the grinder motor was turning endlessly, which could lead to overheating. To protect the machine, the power was switched off.

Inter CPU communication error.

Please restart the machine and contact technical support if the error occurs again.

This error occurs when the machine type of the display doesn't match with the machine type of the CPU.

E-098

Please start software update.

This error occurs if the software of the display doesn’t match with software on the CPU or the other display.

E-099

Communication Error.

Please turn the coffee machine off, wait 10s and turn it on again.

This error occurs if the connection between the display and the CPU was interrupted for more than 30 seconds.

The display will restart automatically after a minute to solve the problem (normally that's enough).

But if the error doesn't disappear after the restart:

→ Turn the coffee machine off (main switch not standby button!), wait 10s and turn it on again. The problem should be solved.

Pressure Sensor Always Zero.

Steam boiler pressure too high.

Steam Boiler Empty Timeout.

Timeout during steam boiler filling.

Please check the water supply and press Continue.

If it takes too long to fill the steam boiler a timeout occurs and all hot water and steam products are locked.

→ Check if the water tap is open.

→ Check the water supply.

Timeout Steam Heating.

If the steam boiler is heating too long without reaching the nominal pressure, this error message occurs (after initialization: 20 minutes, during operation: 10 minutes).

Steam boiler pressure sensor failure.

Please check the pressure sensor and cable.
