Cleaning messages for Legacy+ (C-XXX)

[Note] Note

These codes are primarily used within the API. They remain visible, without the “C-XXX” code, to the technician and operator during normal machine operation.

  1. Remove the bean hoppers.

  1. Remove the coffee outlet insert.

  2. Clean it with a brush.

  3. Insert the part again and make sure it fits well.

  4. Press Continue.

Don't remove the milk tubes from milk bladder!

The milk in the tube will be pushed back.

At start of cleaning the milk in the tube(s) is pushed back to milk container.

  • Please empty waste water tank.

Please empty the grounds drawer.

The grounds drawer must be emptied before the cleaning can be started.

Please replace the grounds drawer with the red one.

The grounds drawer must be replaced with the red one before the cleaning can be started.

  1. Take cleaning container.

  2. Fill the empty cleaning tank with 25ml Everclean (press pump once).

  3. Place container under the coffee outlet.

  1. Remove milk from fridge.

  2. Place milk tubes inside cleaning container.

  3. Close lid and place the container in the fridge.

  2. Fill the empty cleaning tank with 25ml Everclean (press pump once)

  3. Press Continue.

  1. Open powder unit and remove the mixer with pipe (A, B, C).

  2. Remove the chutes (D).

  3. Clean all parts under tap water and dry them.

  4. Put back the chutes, the pipe and the mixer (D, C, B, A).

  5. Close the powder unit.

  2. Clean and dry the mixer.

  3. Put the mixer back and close powder unit.

No coffee cleaning ball dispensed.

  • Coffee cleaning ball dispenser empty? => If yes, refill coffee cleaning balls and press Continue.

  • Milk cleaning ball dispenser empty? => If yes, refill milk cleaning balls and press Continue.

  • Refit the milk bladder.

  • Remove and clean the milk cleaning container.

Clean the milk tubes with a damp cloth.

→ Remove and clean the milk cleaning container.

C-020

  • Risk of injury!

  • Please empty the red grounds drawer carefully.

  • The grounds drawer was filled with hot water during cleaning.

  • Replace the red grounds drawer with the normal one.

During the cleaning, the red grounds drawer is being filled with hot water and needs to be replaced with the normal one.
